Constant Tungunga Mutamba

Constant Tungunga Mutamba is a Lawyer, researcher and teacher at the Faculty of Law of the Protestant University of Congo (UPC), Constant Mutamba Tungunga has devoted several research works to the analysis of the Congolese experience of constitutional law. Involved in several projects aimed at promoting the contribution of Congolese citizens to the reconstruction and development of their country, he has coordinated, since 2013, the investment promotion program in the Orientale Province in the DRC and since 2014, has led the non-profit organization Nouvelle Génération pour l'Emergence du Congo (NOGEC) headquartered in Kinshasa.
